FVC signs Aruba Networks
2012-04-20 Middle East : network and security VAD FVC has signed an agreement with Aruba Networks, a provider of next-generation network access solutions for the mobile enterprise, to distribute its ClearPass Access Management Solutions. The partnership with Aruba Networks will help FVC expand and complement its existing security solutions portfolio, enable and empower its channel partners across the region (through its offices in Dubai, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia) to deploy these solutions within each country.
IP Tech names Almasa distributor
2012-03-20 Middle East : IP Technology Labs (IPTL), a provider of Ethernet appliances and Enterprise networking equipment, has appointed Dubai-based network and security VAD Almasa Value Distribution as its exclusive master distributor for MENA markets. Almasa brings local stocking, international logistics, and pre/post sales channel support. IPTL products are turn-key appliances providing secure Ethernet connectivity end-to-end regardless of location, filtering, or dynamic addressing. Almasa Value replaces FVC, which was the previous distributor of IPTL since 2010.
FVC signs Zoho
2012-02-02 MENA : network, security and telecom VAD FVC has signed a partnership agreement with Zoho Corporation, a private company which offers a comprehensive suite of award-winning, on-line business, productivity & collaboration applications. FVC will represent Zoho in the region as a VAD for their online Cloud Applications, mainly Zoho CRM, Zoho HRIS, Zoho Projects, Zoho invoicing and Zoho Web Conferencing. This will be addition to FVC Cloud vision of bringing Emerging Cloud services to the region and equip resellers to offer cloud services. Zoho solutions will be available through FVC offices in Dubai, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco and Saudi Arabia.
FVC signs partnership agreement with Prolexic for DDoS mitigation services
2011-12-14 MENA : network and telecom VAD FVC has signed a partnership agreement with Prolexic, a specialist in Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) protection services. This service fits FVC’s vision to bring emerging Cloud based applications and information security services into the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region, through its offices in Dubai, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco and Saudi Arabia.
FVC adds Sourcefire to its information security portfolio
2011-12-07 Middle East : network and security VAD FVC is now a Value Added Distributor for Sourcefire, a specialist in intelligent cybersecurity solutions, for the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. The relationship gives FVC distribution rights for Sourcefire's complete range of enterprise security solutions, which the distributor will push through its offices in Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
