Distrilogie expands in security
Spain : a few years after being missed by Computerlinks, security VAD Mambo, which also owns a sales office in Portugal, has finally been purchased by storage VAD Distrilogie, based in France and owning a subsidiary in Spain, for an undisclosed sum. This purchase is the sixth in a few years for Distrilogie, which previously used this way to expand in France and Benelux.
Forti Group gets into e-commerce
Italy : channel development specialist Forti Group, usually specialized on mobility products, has inked a partnership with local editor Incomedia, to distribute its website development tool WebSite X5 to small companies and eBay vendors (source : Channel Insider Italy).

Ukraine : Oleg Kristyuk, who was managing director of broadliner K-Trade, has left the company because of diverging views on the future with the founder, Yuri Zonyuk, who is back in charge of the company. Netherlands : Carlos Lijphart, who was international sales manager for security specialist Vaxxin, has left the company to become Netherlands retail sales manager for German antivirus editor G-Data. It is yet unknown by whom he has been replaced at Vaxxin.
