Two new distributors for Kodak
EDM vendor Kodak has recruited two new distributors beside its two historical partners, Avnet (through Acal’s Headway division purchased in 2007) and Kofax. Grenoble-based Spigraph will be charged to distribute Kodak Document Imaging scanners in France (mainly in regions) as well as in Maghreb and French-speaking Africa while broadliner Tech Data will distribute entry product ScanMate i1120 to new resellers, thanks to a newly hired salesperson.

Avnet offers fast-track to Oracle
United Kingdom : Distribution giant Avnet has unveiled Fast-Track, a scheme allowing unauthorised resellers to sell entry-level Oracle technology licences.
