Reorganization for Magirus

Network and security VAD Magirus has reviewed its European board and organization : CFO and Vice-President Claus Niedworok has left the company and is replaced by Petra Speidel. Jörg Speikamp replaces Axel Feldhoff as Vice-President in charge of Central Region (Austria, France (where Christophe Négrier becomes local managing director), Germany, Switzerland as well as Middle East). Hugo Fernández, who was managing director of its Spanish subsidiary, becomes Vice-President in charge of the Southern Region, and thus takes over the management of Portugal and Italy, from where Primo Bonacino leaves. UK directory Andrew Binding becomes Vice-President of northern region (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom). Martin Lauer becomes Vice-President in charge of credits and Gert Weber Vice-President of Operations, beside Fabian von Künheim who remains President, and Christian Magirus Executive Vice-President. This reorganization aims to make the company more flexible.
