Two acquisitions for BT

Telecom operator BT has announced its intention to purchase telecom-specialized semidistributors and system integrators SND and Stemmer, which owns offices in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Both companies belonged to Net AG. This purchase must first be approved by competition authorities (source : IT Reseller Online Schweiz).
