CPI gets bankrupt
2010-07-26 Germany : server vendor and distributor CPI has filled up bankruptcy, because of a shortage of liquidities due to the defection of an investor. The company still have a good business and hope to find a new investor. This situation is not really a surprise, as two of its former managers have recently left, to build up competitors Boston Server and Storage and Server and More. Fate of the company will be know in the coming weeks, after a cleaning of its financial situation. In the meantime, server vendor Pyramid offered CPI resellers to take in charge the warranty of their CPI servers, asking them in return to buy new their future servers from him (source : IT-Business Deutschland).
