Claus Holm leaves ALSO Actebis
2012-01-20 Denmark : Claus Holm, who was marketing and purchase director for broadliner ALSO Actebis, has left the distributor to join the local subsidiary of Samsung as country sales manager. He replaces there Casper Sanderhage, who is now working for Boston Distribution as business manager. Torben Qvist takes over his duties at ALSO Actebis in interim, until a new marketing director is found.
Dataline acquired by Boston
2011-10-11 Denmark : because of the economic crisis and fledging sales, the small broadliner Dataline has been forced into bankruptcy. 2011-01-12 Denmark : Logitech has decided to reduce its distribution network in the country from 5 to 4, dropping peripheral and consumer electronic specialist GS Scandinavia in the process. Kept distributors are Actebis, Boston, Despec and Tech Data-Rosenmeier. Freed resources will help the Swiss vendor to address more effectively major retailers and etailers.
