United Kingdom : Essex distributor Gem has purchased Trilogy's IP and assets following the Northampton firm's fall into administration – saving 40 jobs in the process. As part of the deal, Gem picked up Trilogy's brands - including Trilogy Logistics and indie label Trilogyi – as well as its main office and distribution facility in Northampton. Trilogy will be kept as a subsidiary. This move comes after Ubisoft had ended its exclusive deal with Trilogy and the the collapse of a proposed deal with The Producers (source : MCV United Kingdom).
