Supply specialist UFP has signed a distribution partnership with Sandisk for its whole line of storage and MP3 products. Sandisk products are available through UFP offices in Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.

A new owner for Adimpo

Spain : supply specialist Adimpo has been acquired by its local competitor Unipapel for €45.5m. The new company, which will weight more than €828m (207,2 for Unipapel and 621,3 for Adimpo), claims to be the new EMEA leader in supply distribution (present in Andorra, France, Germany, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom) in front of French UFP International (present in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom), which announced a turnover of €776m in 2007 but claims to reach €1b in 2009, which remains to be confirmed.
