Arrow acquires Altimate Belgium , France (its country of origin), Luxembourg , the Netherlands , Portugal , Spain and the United Kingdom . It has a network of approximately 2,500 value-added resellers and system integrators. This acquisition will allow Arrow's VAD division Arrow ECS to globally strengthen its positions in all these countries (despite some local overlaps in terms of vendors), providing the acquisition is closed (in the next 90 days) and cleared by regulatory approval.
Arrow ECS gets more wireless with Aruba Austria , Denmark , Finland , Germany , Norway , Sweden , Switzerland and the United Kingdom . From now on, Aruba products are also available through Arrow ECS offices in Belgium , Estonia , France , Latvia , Lithuania , Luxembourg , the Netherlands ,Portugal and Spain .
Arrow ECS joins Pano Logic's EMEA Channel Network Austria , Belgium , Croatia , Czech Republic , Denmark , Estonia , Finland , France , Germany , Hungary , Israel , Latvia , Lithuania , Luxembourg , Morocco , the Netherlands , Norway , Poland , Portugal , Serbia , Slovakia , Slovenia , Spain , Sweden , Switzerland and the United Kingdom as soon as local teams are trained.
Arrow ECS expands in the Baltic States Estonia : infrastructure VAD Arrow ECS has discreetly opened a new sales office in Tallinn, in order to cover more efficiently the needs of resellers in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania . Until now, the distributor addressed VARs from its Finnish office . Region manager Kim Lindfors has moved from Helsinski to Tallinn and Jurgis Venckus (Latvia), Arturas Jankauskas (Lithuania) and Üllar Feldschmidt (Estonia) as local business development managers, based in each country.
Arrow ECS signs with Brocade Scandinavia : network and storage vendor Brocade has appointed infrastructure VAD Arrow ECS as official distributor in the Scandinavian region. Arrow ECS will push Brocade network solutions through its offices in Denmark , Finland , Norway and Sweden .
