Spigraph includes HP in its hardware range
2012-05-18 France : EDM VAD Spigraph and HP have signed an agreement on the distribution of scanners. The distributor has listed 13 HP scanners including the latest networked scanners. Ultimately, Spigraph would like to develop this brand in territories covered in Europe and Africa.

Spigraph expands in DACH

Even before its fellow distributor Exclusive Network, French EDM VAD Spigraph enters the DACH region through the acquisition of its Swiss competitor Alos through an undisclosed sum. This acquisition, which was backed by Antin Funds (BNP Paribas Private Equity), brings Spigraph to the rank of second main European EDM distributor, as Alos also owns a major subsidiary in Germany. The acquisition of Alos should be followed by other, as Spigraph is still absent of the British market, the main in Europe, as well as of Italy.
Spigraph prepares its European expansion with BNP-Antin
2011-05-23 France : EDM VAD Spigraph has announced that it has strengthened its capital with Antin funds, managed by BNP Paribas Private Equity. This money will be used to finance its strong organic growth as well as new acquisition in foreign countries. Currently and beside France, Spigraph owns offices in Algeria, Morocco, Sweden and Tunisia. It has leveraged from Avnet leaving several local EDM markets (Scandinavia and France namely) and from current weakness of Dicom (which should change in the coming months, following the independance of the company from Kofax).
