France : beside its historical partner Feeder and Video Corporation, the Radvision-specialized division of IP video VAD Imago, videoconferencing editor Vidyo has inked a distribution partnership with network and security VAD Exclusive Networks. This partnership also covers the Moroccan office of the distributor. To better push an offer it did not previously had in its portfolio, Exclusive Networks has also created a dedicated videoconferencing BU which is managed by Véronique Trad-Savignac

Vidyo signs distribution deal with Imago
2011-10-10
France : Radvision VAD Video Corporation, a subsidiary of AV VAD Imago, has signed a distribution agreement with HD video-conferencing specialist Vidyo. The announcement follows distribution deals between the two companies in the United Kingdom, Benelux and most recently China. Video Corporation will be marketing all solutions in the Vidyo range which is characterised by its unique ability to deliver video conferencing of the highest quality over wireless LAN, 3G networks and even unreliable Internet connections using the H264 Scalable Video Coding standard. By separating the video bit-streams into high reliability and low reliability channels, Vidyo’s specialist software is able to automatically and continuously sense the condition of the network and adjusts the bit-rate to accommodate problems such as packet loss, jitter, network bandwidth and network delay. This also means that the technology is flexible enough to adapt to changing processing power at the video source as well as at the receiving endpoints.
