Synergix launches with Intermec

Synergix, the auto-ID division of British AV broadliner Midwich, has entered into a distribution agreement with Intermec Technologies, a provider of rugged mobile business solutions. The agreement covers the distribution of Intermec's supply chain solutions in Ireland and the United Kingdom. The move will see Intermec continue to expand its business in a number of strategic markets, such as distribution centres, field service, postal CEP and retail sectors.

Synergix appointed as Psion distributor

Eire : Synergix Ireland, the auto-ID and barcode division of AV specialist SquareOne Distribution, has been appointed by Psion as distributor of the Psion NEO. Weighing around 275g, the Psion NEO is small, rugged, and cost-effective, providing equivalent functionality to larger devices and making it perfectly at home in environments as diverse as retail, postal, warehousing, and sports venues. It can withstand being dropped from 1.2m on to hard concrete, has an IP rating of 54 so is well-protected against dust and moisture, and operates in extreme temperatures from -10°C to +50°C.

Synergix distributes Honeywell

Ireland : already working together in the United Kingdom, Synergix have expanded its partnership with Honeywell to its young Irish division, based in Bray near Dublin. Synergix Ireland is now Honeywell's sole authorised Irish distributor, including its Dolphin 6000 Scanphone and Voyage 1250g scanner.
