Macally signs with Dexxon

Accessory vendor Macally has granted Dexxon group European distribution rights. Beside France, the distributor will push Macally products through its offices in Germany and the Netherlands.
Two new distributors for Dell
2010-02-24 France : Dell has expanded its distributor network with Dexxon Data Media, which will focus on its printers, multifunctions and related print supplies, and MCA Technology, which is allowed to distribute its Latitude and Vostro notebooks as well as Vostro PCs.
Casio gets its calculator distribution in hand

Casio has decided to drop two-tier distribution with major retailers for its calculators, and manage them directly in France and Belgium, where its calculator distributor is Dexxon Data Media. Dexxon should continue to distribute Casio calculatores, but only to smaller, independant stationers.
Dexxon centralizes marketing

Storage specialist Dexxon has decided to centralize its marketing operations in France. Therefore, Miriam Franke, its German marketing manager, who was offered to move to Paris, has preferred to leave the company. Other Dexxon subsidiaries (in Belgium, Netherlands and Sweden) should be subject to the same moves, providing they previously had local marketing resources. One may wonder if such a move is wise : future will tell (source : ChannelPartner Deutschland).
