ALSO Actebis insures mobile devices with Schutzbrief24
2012-05-15 Germany : broadliner ALSO Actebis has expanded its value added service offer with Schutzbrief24 insurances. For a price starting at €39, end customers will be able to insure their mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, notebooks, etc.) against shock, drop, drop and liquid damage, over-voltage, short circuit or lightning, accidental damage or burglary (including in motor vehicles), for up to two years.

ALSO Actebis signs with Advantech

ECOM extends the warranty of hard drives
2012-04-20 Germany : just a few weeks after its competitor ALSO Actebis, PC component and peripheral ECOM has decided to extend the warranty of the Seagate and Western Digital hard drives it distributes. Providing they can submit a copy of the original invoice, resellers can extend the warranty of Seagate hard drives to 2 years for €.50 and to 3 years for €1, and the warranty of Western Digital hard drives to 3 years for €.50.
