Logicom promotes Toni Azzi

Cyprus-based value-added broadliner Logicom has promoted Toni Azzi, who has long been the manager of its Saudi subsidiary, to regional manager for North Africa and Levant. Toni will be responsible for developing and executing Logicom in this region (Algeria, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia), including current operations and business in Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq.
Logicom to distribute Hitachi hard drives

Logicom has moved to expand its storage portfolio by signing a distribution agreement with Hitachi Global Storage Technologies for Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, the Middle East (through Logicom offices in Dubai, Jordan, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia) and Turkey. The partnership - which comes less than a year after Logicom split from Seagate - will see the distributor offer Hitachi GST's hard disk drives and external storage products to channel customers around the region (source : ITP Middle East).
Adobe Systems signs Mindware as authorised distributor
