Devil to attack Europe

Germany : broadliner Devil has announced that it was starting up plans to expand out of German boundaries. Following a good first half-year, its founder Karsten Hartmann has left the company and given its reins to Axel Grotjahn who will pilot the expansion, through acquisitions. Target countries have not been mentionned. Only Benelux has been said not to be a short-term option (source : Computer Reseller News Deutschland).
Digital Warehouse enters Europe with a new name

Netherlands : Digital Warehouse Europe, a wholly owned subsidiary of Digital Warehouse USA, enters the European refurbished networking market under DurabilIT name. The new company, with its headquarters based in Amsterdam, Holland, hopes to become a key European player in providing refurbished networking solutions from Cisco, Juniper, Brocade/Foundry, Extreme, Nortel or Alcatel-Lucent.

Russia : Turkish wireless network vendor AirTies continues its expansion in Europe. After Greece with Dionic, Infoquest and Int. Software Techniques, Azerbaijan with Soliton and Ukraine with Versiya Trading and Yug Kontrakt, the company has entered Russian market with broadliner Technotrade. The company has impressive goals, as it plans to reach a 10% marketshare within a year, and become local leader in a few years (source : Computer Reseller News Rossiya).
