Aptec attains Microsoft Cloud Distributor status

Middle East : broadliner Aptec has received Microsoft Cloud Distributor status, the first of this kind to be given to any Microsoft distributor in the region. With this agreement, Aptec will be focusing on distribution of the latest cloud technology product of Microsoft - Microsoft Office 365. The distribution agreement is currently covering Kuwait, Qatar and the UAE, to be followed by other GCC countries and Egypt in the nearest future. With its new Cloud Distribution status Aptec is expected to concentrate on recruitment and enablement of channel resellers along with offering them the complete services expertise.

MENA : VoIP vendor Network Equipment Technologies has appointed Aptec Holding as distributor for Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Tunisia and Turkey. Under the agreement, Aptec Holdings will distribute the entire suite of NET products through its strong reseller base to address market demand for enterprise solutions for unified communications (UC) and Enterprise Border Controller applications.

Aptec signs Tandberg Data

Broadliner Aptec has signed an authorized distribution agreement with Tandberg Data, the global supplier of data protection solutions, to supply the full range of Tandberg Data storage solutions in the Middle East & North Africa. Aptec will distribute Tandberg Data's products in the resellers of the region through its offices in Dubai, Egypt, Kuwait, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom.

Aptec gets Microsoft OEM distribution rights for Gulf

Middle East : broadliner Aptec has expanded its distribution agreement with Microsoft to include Gulf region for Microsoft OEM products. Aptec was an authorized distributor for Microsoft OEM previously only for the UAE. Aptec plans to expand the current Channel and recruit new partners for Microsoft OEM in the Gulf region to further gain market share. The new distribution agreement authorizes Aptec to sell Microsoft OEM in Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait, with previous held markets. Aptec already has Microsoft Volume License distributor for the Gulf.
