VIP Group acquires CMS Computers
2011-12-02 United Kingdom : broadliner VIP Computer Centre has acquired Liverpool-based PC assembler and broadliner CMS Computers. The third larget independant PC builder in the country, CMS Computers owns the Zoostorm and FizzBook brands, which VIP plans to enhance to increase its marker share. CMS Computers will be run independently by Sion Roberts and Ian Fraser, two of its current directors, under the VIP Group. CMS will maintain its own identity and continue to trade as CMS Computers Ltd.
