usedSoft wins against Adobe
2011-06-03 Switzerland : according to the judgment of Zug Kantonsgericht, German software broker HHS Usedsoft has been allow to sell and distribute used Adobe software in the country. According to the court, resale and distribution of used software cannot be assimilated to copyright infringement. This decision of justice is, according to the company, a major blow in favor of free software international trade.
A new sales manager for UsedSoft
2009-09-28 Germany : previously working for Citrix, Stefan Sutter has been appointed sales manager by software specialist UsedSoft, in charge of France, Italy, Portugal, Scandinavia (Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden) as well as Spain (source : Swiss IT-Reseller Schweiz).
