Microsoft takes on Tanzanian company as local distributor

Ethiopia : Red Dot Distribution, a Tanzanian based company with its home office in Dar-es-Salaam, last week was authorized by Microsoft to become a distributor of the latter's products in Ethiopia, in addition to Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Djibouti. Red Dot replaces Alta Computec as Microsoft's agent in Ethiopia, without further comment from Microsoft. Red Dot plans to open a new sales office and warehouse in Ethiopia before June (source : Addis Fortune Ethiopia).
