Bluestar expands in Southern Europe

American POS specialist Bluestar is continuing to expand in Europe. After the acquisition of PSD Printscan in Germany, ADC Nordic in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden and Impuls in France and Spain, it has recently acquired all the shares of its competitor ID.Sys, which is present in Portugal, Spain and a bit in France for an undisclosed amount. Spanish ID.Sys teams will be merged with their Impuls colleagues, while the fate of the French office is not mentionned. This certainly means that the French (small) team will not be kept. German ID.Sys, which has the same logo than its Spanish counterpart, is independant and not covered by the acquisition.
