A new director for Midwich Security

United Kingdom : videosecurity specialist Midwich Security, a division of AV broadliner Midwich, has appointed Mark Thomas to the position of director. With 23 years of experience in the technology industry, Mark has held management roles in installation and manufacture when he worked for TeleEye. More recently, Mark got involved in distribution with CCTV Center. The whereabouts of Anand Subbiah, the former director of Midwich Security, ar yet unknown.

Ubiqz becomes Midwich Security

United Kingdom : AV broadliner Midwich will unveil on IFSEC security event the new identity of its Ubiqz division, which will from now on be known as Midwich Security to better show its links with its mother company.

Midwich hand in hand with Bosch

United Kingdom : AV broadliner Midwich has started the distribution of 100V line commercial audio solutions from Bosch. This offer includes background music and paging systems, call stations, commercial amplifiers, conference, loudspeakers, public address, system controllers, voice alarm and evacuation systems and wireless microphones. Ubiqz, the security subsidiary of Midwich, already works with Bosch since some time on its IP-based, physical security products.
