Interoute, the owner operator of a large cloud services platform, has started working with Arrow Electronics to offer its Virtual Data Centre (VDC) on ArrowSphere, the cloud platform of network and security VAD Arrow ECS. Interoute's VDC extends the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) offerings available to resellers through Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions segment. With Interoute's VDC now available to Arrow's reseller base across the EMEA region (through its offices in Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Luxembourg, Morocco, Arrow ECS), Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom), the new alliance will help Arrow resellers meet medium sized enterprise demand for proven, secure and resilient IaaS, without the need to invest in cloud capabilities themselves.

This partnership allows Arrow ECS to push IT Energy Saver 5 throughout its reseller network in Europe, through its offices in Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Luxembourg, Morocco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Arrow ECS in the cloud with Mozy

Infrastructure VAD Arrow ECS has signed a distribution agreement with cloud backup and storage provider Mozy to aim the SMB sector. Mozy-branded services are from now on (or very soon) available through the ArrowSphere platform in Denmark/Iceland, France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom. The partnership will be expanded in the future to all other European markets that ArrowSphere will cover in the future, which means Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia/Latvia/Lithuania, Finland, Hungary, Israel, Luxembourg, Morocco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland. Arrow ECS also supports Mozy through the EMC Velocity Solution Provider Programme to target corporate and enterprise customers.
