Computerlinks adds Infortrend to its next generation data centre offering

Network and security VAD Computerlinks has signed a partnership in Ireland and the United Kingdom with Infortrend, a provider of high performance networked storage solutions. The agreement will enhance and complement Computerlinks' established networking, security and virtualisation solutions portfolio and will form a key component of its Next Generation Data Centre channel proposition. The new appointment provides Computerlinks' channel partners with access to Infortrend's ESVA family of enterprise storage products and solutions, which incorporate leading technologies, so as to achieve high performance, reliability, scalability and ease of use. Infortrend's solutions can be readily implemented in Storage Area Networks (SANs) and Direct Attached Storage (DAS) environments, and provide resellers with the means to meet the top-tier application needs of their clients.
Computerlinks partners with Raritan

Network and security VAD Computerlinks has unveiled an agreement in Ireland and the United Kingdom with power and energy management solution provider Raritan. The agreement means that Raritan's Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) solutions, including remote access, power and serial monitoring, are now available for all channel partners to deliver, irrespective of their size, as they work with clients to build out their next generation datacentres.

Network and security VAD Computerlinks has signed an exclusive agreement in Ireland and the United Kingdom with smartphone security company Mobile Active Defense (M@D). The agreement means that M@D's Mobile Enterprise Compliance and Security Server (MECS), a solution that secures the mobile enterprise to stringent compliance and security standards, is now available for channel partners to deliver as part of their mobile security offerings. M@D's MECS is a comprehensive security management solution that locks down and secures all enterprise mobile devices, while at the same time ensuring regulatory compliance. In a matter of hours every mobile device across an enterprise can be secured through one simple procedure.
Exclusive Networks to push on services

In order to drive its future growth, French network and security VAD Exclusive Networks is investing in a new infrastructure and new services to optimize and automatize the order processing and technical support on the European scale, starting with Scandinavia. The distributor also plans to launch in the coming months its own offer of managed services, in order to help its resellers generate recurring business. This offer may very well look like the Alvea offer of its competitor Computerlinks. Currently, Exclusive Networks is present, beside France, in Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Italy, Morocco, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
