CD Projekt to merge with Optimus
2010-12-15 Poland : following the acquisition of all CD Projekt shares, PC assembler and broadliner Optimus has decided to fully merge the gaming specialist business with its own. Precise details are not yet known. CD Projekt's offices in Czech Republic and Hungary are not covered by this merge, as the first was acquired by an external buyer in April, while the second underwent an MBO at the same time : they are thus not subsidiaries since six months already.
