Itancia gets into voice with Alcatel-Lucent
2011-10-06 France : network and telecom VAD Itancia has expanded its partnership with Alcatel-Lucent (since 2009 limited to its data networking products) to its voice offer. With this partnership, Itancia plans to even grow more its Alcatel-Lucent business in Europe, and to become the main pan-european Alcatel-Lucent distributor, thanks to existing partnerships in Germany, Spain and Switzerland, which still have to be duplicated in Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Northern Africa.

French telecom specialist Itancia has unveiled the strengthening of its Polish office and the opening of a new sales office in Prague, to cover Czech Republic and Slovakia. The Polish office was opened last year to enable the distributor to answer some tenders and was not much active beyond that. Now, the distributor has seemingly official Siemens distributorship status for this country, as well as Czech Republic and Slovakia, and needs local teams to push its products there.
