Tech Data stores with Hitachi GST

Hitachi GST has signed a pan-EMEA distribution partnership with broadliner Tech Data for its lines of external and internal hard drives. These should be available in the coming days or weeks through its offices in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

Devil to attack Europe

Germany : broadliner Devil has announced that it was starting up plans to expand out of German boundaries. Following a good first half-year, its founder Karsten Hartmann has left the company and given its reins to Axel Grotjahn who will pilot the expansion, through acquisitions. Cebit 2010/Switzerland : German UPS vendor Online USV Systeme has unveiled its plans to grow its Swiss business. Currently distributed by broadliner Also, the company is seeking a dedicated distributor, able to cover electrotechnology resellers, as it is virtually absent from this market. The company is also willing to sign a few other IT distributors, in order to grow its global marketshare in the country. A maximum of two more distributors in local Top 5 is officially targeted. No names have been yet given, but the company is very active in Switzerland, and will undoubtedly talk about itself in the coming weeks…
