Spigraph distributes Kofax Capture and Kofax Express

EDM VAD Spigraph has signed an EMEA partnership with Kofax, a provider of smart process applications for the business critical First Mile of customer interactions. The agreement signed between Kofax and Spigraph will give Kofax a wider reach to the European market for its Distribution products and strengthens Spigraph's software portfolio with packaged software including content extraction capabilities. This partnership is the natural alliance of two players focusing exclusively on the Capture part of the ECM Market. Spigraph will propose Kofax distribution software, including Virtual ReScan, Kofax Express and Kofax Capture, through its offices in Algeria, France, Germany, Morocco, the Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, Tunisia and the United Kingdom.
Spigraph includes HP in its hardware range

France : EDM VAD Spigraph and HP have signed an agreement on the distribution of scanners. The distributor has listed 13 HP scanners including the latest networked scanners. Ultimately, Spigraph would like to develop this brand in territories covered in Europe and Africa.
Spigraph prepares its European expansion with BNP-Antin

France : EDM VAD Spigraph has announced that it has strengthened its capital with Antin funds, managed by BNP Paribas Private Equity. This money will be used to finance its strong organic growth as well as new acquisition in foreign countries. Currently and beside France, Spigraph owns offices in Algeria, Morocco, Sweden and Tunisia. It has leveraged from Avnet leaving several local EDM markets (Scandinavia and France namely) and from current weakness of Dicom (which should change in the coming months, following the independance of the company from Kofax).
Spigraph digitalizes documents with Panasonic

Panasonic has officialized a distribution partnership with EDM VAD Spigraph for its full line of document scanners. Spigraph will distribute these products through its offices in France, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia and new built Swedish office.
Spigraph goes north

Sweden : after opening offices in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia to cover Maghreb market, French EDM VAD Spigraph continues to expand in Europe by opening a sales office in Täby, near Stockholm. "The opening of this office is a bit of a combination of circumstances : Avnet recently left the region, leaving Kofax alone in these countries. But some of the vendors wanted to have two distributors there", explains Ronald Berger-Lefébure, deputy executive officer of Spigraph. The distributor has hired Urban Magnusson from Avnet as country manager, as well as other former employees from Kofax, like Lars Hjortlinder or Wilhelm Strömberg. Currently working on Swedish market, Spigraph Nordic should expand to cover Denmark, Norway and Finland. Compared to its competitors, Spigraph defines itself as the only pure-player in EDM distribution. For other companies, EDM is a business among others, ot an activity supporting an editor business : "with 101 people working for Spigraph, all dedicated to EDM hardware, software and services, we have no direct competitor in Europe", Ronald says, who plans to get back to conquest of other countries at the beginning of next year.
