Exclusive Networks launches its own professional and managed services
2012-04-09
Network and security VAD Exclusive Networks, which owns offices in Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Morocco, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom, has introduced its own suite of technical services to deliver optimum value and opportunity to partners. The move brings together best practices garnered from nationally-based Exclusive Networks technical support services, to enable a fully integrated pan-European offering. With 40% of the entire organisation dedicated to engineering support, and 25 full-time trainers providing skills (on behalf of partners) to some of the world’s leading enterprises and service providers, the Group has invested heavily in providing a uniform response to the technical service needs of vendor and reseller partners alike. Partners adopting Exclusive Networks Group's professional and managed services benefit from trusted support throughout the full solution lifecycle from advisor to implementer, and trainer to maintainer. This enables partners to build propositions, identify and evaluate opportunities, design and demonstrate working solutions, and install/support solution deployments.

Exclusive Networks to push on services
2012-03-30
In order to drive its future growth, French network and security VAD Exclusive Networks is investing in a new infrastructure and new services to optimize and automatize the order processing and technical support on the European scale, starting with Scandinavia. The distributor also plans to launch in the coming months its own offer of managed services, in order to help its resellers generate recurring business. This offer may very well look like the Alvea offer of its competitor Computerlinks. Currently, Exclusive Networks is present, beside France, in Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Italy, Morocco, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
