Each month, the IoT Innovation Lab highlights a different IoT market segment. The meeting starts with a presentation by a speaker from the chosen industry. Best practices for IoT success are presented by vendors and system houses. The IoT demo room currently being built in Berlin will play a central role in the event. Here, concrete solutions will be shown, to help experience and make more tangible IoT.

ALSO sees itself as an aggregator and solution provider for the IoT market segment. The rapidly growing IoT business takes place across all business units as well as through its specialized subsidiary SEAMCOM. The vertical markets are primarily addressed by ALSO and its affiliated partners. These include completely new target groups, such as energy suppliers and local municipal utilities, medium-sized to large industrial companies or the food retail trade.

"Our versatility and agility, which we can play out in completely new constellations, are gaining relevance within the IoT market. ALSO offers a complete ecosystem for the IoT. From our connectivity and smart communication experts to our cybersecurity and cloud experts and our sophisticated logistics services, we cover all the necessary disciplines", says Simone Blome-Schwitzki, CEO of ALSO Deutschland GmbH. "In the Innovation Lab we have the opportunity to transfer very concrete know-how and to demonstrate our practical relevance in the new demo room."
