Mobility and accessory specialist Dividino Belux, part of the Dividino Group from Rotterdam, has signed an agreement with its competitor Alpha'in. Both parties will combine their commercial activities. Dividino and Alpha'in have been working together for almost twenty years. Through their partnership, Dividino Belux acted as a distributor for brands represented by Alpha'In, such as PanzerGlass, General Mobile Android One smartphones and Duracell Mobile. Now, both parties have decided to join forces even further.
Alpha'in brings in its own brands, including Crosscall, Motorola Dect, Ideus accessories and a range of products for operators as well as retail and B2B resellers. The employees will also be placed in the new organisation, which will be called Dividino Alpha'in.
Alpha'in started in 1999 in Charleroi and is mainly active on the French-speaking Belgian market. Dividino Group has been working with Alpha'in since its inception. Thanks to this partnership, manufacturers and vendors will have an additional representative able to cover the full Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg) market
