Danish multispecialist EET Europarts has acquired French AV specialist Intelware from its owner VIDELIO. The company has more than 30 years of experience, covers all the needs of the Pro-AV costumer and has a yearly revenue of €40 million.

The acquisition of Intelware will strengthen our product offering and sales expertise to existing EET Europarts customers of Pro-AV products and Intelware’s customers will now have access to a much broader range of products in both the Pro-AV area and in all our other product categories.”
Intelware has a well-earned reputation for guaranteeing personalized support and great pre-sales advice in terms of training, installation, and use of the equipment. With the acquisition, EET Europarts will take over a team of 28 dedicated and experienced employees from Intelware.
