Broadliner Tech Data has launched its Dell EMC Online Solutions Configurator (OSC) in Europe on its industry-leading ecommerce platform InTouch. Tech Data customers across the region can now access the Dell EMC OSC via single-sign-on through InTouch. Using the tool, they can configure complex enterprise solutions, provide end-customer detail, and request a quote for their solution with a streamlined self-service workflow covering the process from configuration to quote.
The system integrates with Dell EMC’s ‘Build to Order’ manufacturing processes. Tech Data receives requests directly from the OSC tool and generates a quote which is delivered to the customer through the InTouch platform. Customers can request validated enterprise solutions with over 1,000 Dell EMC products across servers, networking, storage, switches, rack infrastructure, end-user computing, software and peripherals.
