Security and storage VAD Advanced Digital Network Distribution (aka ADN) and Awingu, a provider of platform-independent solutions for the provision of Unified Workplaces, have signed a distribution agreement. The aim of the partnership between Awingu and ADN Distribution Group is to further expand the distribution of browser-based Cloud and OnPrem solutions for the digital workplace in the DACH region (thanks to ADN offices in Austria, Germany and Switzerland), with a focus on the German market. Awingu enables the provision of all heterogeneous corporate resources such as Windows apps and desktops as well as web, SaaS and files via HTML5 browsers. All this is rounded off with integrated VPN functionalities.
"With ADN, we are pleased to have gained a focused and competent distributor who can meet our growing demand for support in other market segments", says Fabian Kienle, Director Channels DACH at Awingu. "With ADN Distribution Group from Bochum, we have consciously gained a genuine and established value-added distributor who is also one of the strongest Microsoft Azure and Office 365 distributors with its own Microsoft Gold Learning Center."

Hermann Ramacher, managing partner of ADN, adds: "we actively support resellers in implementing sophisticated IT and above all cloud solutions. With Awingu, we are now offering our reseller partners one of the best Unified Workplace solutions, awarded by Gartner, which is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized businesses. With Awingu's solution, we are adding another exciting product to our portfolio for Microsoft partners in particular."
ADN has more than 20 years of experience in the market for centralised resource delivery solutions such as app, desktop and data delivery. The experienced sales team as well as the trainers and consultants of the Value Added Distributor are already Awingu certified and can support resellers in projects with immediate effect. ADN and Awingu are offering interested partners several kick-off webinars in the coming weeks to familiarise themselves with the browser-based solution for the Unified Workplace.
