Watsoft Signs With IT Glue

Telecom and security VAD Watsoft has unveiled a new partnership with IT Glue, a MSP-oriented computer documentation solution designer, which claims more than 60,000 users per day in more than 30 countries and dozens of awards for productivity and innovation.

Oleg Bivol, Watsoft's managing director

"The integration of IT Glue into our offer reinforces our desire to support our partners in their transition to the MSP model, with IT solutions that enable them to simplify their daily work and increase productivity", said Oleg Bivol, Watsoft's manager. "We are looking forward to offering IT Glue to our partners, many of whom have asked us in recent months to integrate this solution into our catalogue."

IT Glue is a cloud platform for storing and retrieving all the documentation an MSP needs to improve the way it operates. IT Glue allows technical support teams to gain in efficiency thanks to its multiple functionalities of computer documentation (knowledge base, technical procedures, checklists...), equipment monitoring, password administration, integration of PSA/RMM platforms, and many others.

With Watsoft, IT Glue wants to expand its presence in the EMEA region and particularly in France. The publisher thus intends to win over the more than 3200 IT reseller partners that Watsoft's network counts on to consolidate its position as a leader in IT documentation. "I am delighted to have the opportunity to work with the great Watsoft team", said Phil Sansom, Managing Director at IT Glue EMEA. "They have a very good knowledge of the managed service provider market in France and a recognized reputation as a distributor of premium solutions to their network of IT resellers. The decision to work together was therefore obvious."

The IT Glue solution has been presented at the new edition of the RoadShow Watsoft, during which the distributor has met its regional partners, in the presence of the IT Glue team, in Toulouse, Aix-en-Provence, Lyon, Strasbourg, Paris and Nantes. The programme included a morning dedicated to trends in the IT market, publisher stands and personalised meetings.
