Polish network and security VAD Clico has opened new offices in Prague. Clico CZ will cover both the Czech and Slovak markets.
According to Vladimír Mlynárčik, Clico CZ country manager, "until February 2018, some Czech and Slovak system integrators were working with Clico through their Polish headquarters. Since then, we answered their demands locally, although without any official subsidiary. Now, we are ready to go one step further."
Beside Poland, Czechia and Slovakia, Clico operates in Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia and Serbia. In 2016, it generated a revenu over €50m with a three-digit growth. Its portfolio comprises more than twenty manufacturers mainly in the field of security, networks and their management. In Czechia and Slovakia, Clico is an official distributor for Forcepoint, Imperva, Juniper, Radware, Rubrik, Ruckus, UseCrypt and other smaller vendors. "We are busy expanding our Polish distribution contracts over here, with the goal of having 80% vendors in common", added Vladimír Mlynárčik who plans to have 10-15-people strong team within two years.
