Atlantech, a subsidiary of Cyprus-based broadliner ASBIS which also produces its own brands Prestigio, Canyon, Perenio and Atlantech, has acquired for nearly €510000, the Belarusian company Avectis ALC. Avectis ALC is a developer and systems integrator in the Belarusian market in the field of control automation, security and other essential services for technological and infrastructure facilities.
The acquisition of Avectis ALC is another step towards the implementation of the ASBIS Group strategy to achieve a strong presence in the most promising IT segment - the corporate IT solutions and services. Avectis ALC has a leading, stable position in the Belarusian market for the last 25 years. Some of the technology partners of the company are the largest global IT companies. The company's regular clients are enterprises operating in the following sectors: petrochemical, gas, energy, construction, mechanical engineering, banking, educational and medical institutions, as well as government agencies and organisations and large private enterprises.
