Multispecialist RRC and IBM have announced the signing of a new distribution agreement under which RRC will promote IBM software and solutions in Russia.
RRC and IBM have been cooperating for more than ten years. Initially, the RRC company specialised in the distribution of hardware only. IBM products complemented the vendor's portfolio, and joint work allowed RRC to increase its expertise and expand its partner network. However, prior to the conclusion of this contract, RRC's offer for the Russian partner channel in respect of IBM products was incomplete due to the lack of software in the portfolio.
The signing of the agreement marks the beginning of a new stage: RRC partners in Russia now have access to a full range of IBM hardware and software for sale through the partner channel. The expansion of the RRC product portfolio due to IBM software development will be relevant for potential customers interested in improving the efficiency of business processes, development of cloud services and protection of IT infrastructures. IBM software, which will be available to RRC partners, is designed to address a wide range of tasks in the field of IT infrastructure construction, information security, data storage and analysis, artificial intelligence, etc.
