AddOn Networks and KOMSA Enter into Sales Partnership

Steffen Ebner, B2B Sales Director of the KOMSA Group

AddOn Networks, the largest global supplier of compatible transceivers and optical connectivity solutions, has partnered with German telecom distributor KOMSA. The partnership will see KOMSA expand its network range with complementary connectivity products from AddOn Networks. KOMSA’s trading partners and their business customers will also benefit from extended warranty periods and German-language support from KOMSA's Technical Assistance Centre. "With KOMSA, we have opted for a partner who is closely linked to the resellers and can assess which products and services trade partners need. Together we want to broaden our offer for system houses and business resellers in the DACH region", said Sam Walker, VP Sales for EMEA at AddOn Networks. "AddOn offers KOMSA trade partners a wide range of solutions with very good quality at competitive prices and with short delivery times." With this new partnership, KOMSA is able to offer its trade partners the entire AddOn range with individually extended warranty periods. Technical service and customer support in the event of a fault is also provided by the Technical Assistance Centre, enabling customers and partners to have very complex problems and malfunctions explained and rectified in their native language. In addition, KOMSA makes it possible to exchange defective devices quickly and offers training courses on the products at the KOMSA Academy on request. "We are very pleased about the new partnership with AddOn", explains Steffen Ebner, B2B Sales Director of the KOMSA Group. "The products offer our specialist trade and system house partners a great advantage in marketing to business customers as the AddOn products are 100 percent compatible with more than 150 manufacturers including Cisco, HP, Juniper, Alcatel and Brocade. AddOn works very closely with companies and understands the current realities of their IT infrastructures where products from different manufacturers are often installed through step-by-step renewals."
