European broadliner ALSO signed a purchase agreement with IREO Soluciones y Servicios, a Spanish VAD with an SMB focus.
Through the acquisition, ALSO will expand the successfully started cloud business in Spain even faster. IREO's solutions are going to be integrated into Cloud Marketplace (ACMP). The acquired know how will be used to enhance business in all other European countries and with the Platform-as-a-Service partners, too.
