French VAD Exer has unveiled a distribution partnership with AppGuard, publisher of endpoint protection solutions that block malware and prevent security breaches.
Thanks to this partnership, Exer will expand its catalogue of security, wifi and network solutions in order to better respond to the problems encountered by companies in these areas. AppGuard blocks malicious actions of malware in real time and protects endpoints without the cost and skill constraints of traditional antivirus solutions. AppGuard allows companies to continue working normally while preventing malware attacks.
"We have seen a dramatic increase in the threat of cyber attacks in France, as well as around the world, since the COVID outbreak initiated major changes in our business and social model", says Michel Grunspan, CEO of Exer. "AppGuard is developing a new proactive approach to endpoint Zero Trust solutions. The agent blocks the unwanted actions of malware and prevents security breaches, all to ensure better protection with less effort and stress."
"We saw this partnership with Exer as an opportunity to work together to better meet the cyber security needs of French companies", said Chuck Sackley, AppGuard's Vice President of International Market and Development. "Exer has a large network of resellers and integrators who understand the challenges of vulnerabilities that can threaten their customers' security systems."
"Despite the significant human and technological investments made, the failures have never been so frequent and impacting on all companies", said Maitland Muse, Executive Vice President in charge of channel and partnerships. "Eliminating vulnerability is a real challenge. We are pleased to have Exer as our distributor to bring our advanced attack protection solution to the French market."
