Group-IB, an international company specialised in the prevention of cyber-attacks and the investigation of high-tech crime, and Russian cloud and software VAD Axoft have signed a distribution agreement. About 4,000 Axoft partners in Belarus and Russia will have access to advanced Group-IB technologies for detecting and preventing cyberattacks, tracking criminals, and investigating and responding to cyberthreats. Under the contract, Axoft will provide its partners and their customers with comprehensive expertise in all areas: presales, technical advice, implementation of pilot projects and implementations, post-sales assistance, marketing and business development support.
At the beginning of 2021 Axoft became the official distributor of Group-IB in Russia and Belarus. Axoft partners will be able to use the distributor's technical expertise and its demo equipment fleet; they will be able to demonstrate Group-IB solutions to their clients, engage Axoft resources for technical consultations, presales, pilot projects and deployments, post-sale assistance, marketing and business development support.
Axoft's high level of competence allows to constantly increase expert knowledge and expand the range of IT products and services. Thus, starting from April the distributor's technological demo booth will be available for viewing the Group-IB Threat Hunting Framework, an innovative solution for unified company-wide protection: from traditional IT segments to remote employees' workplaces and technological segments (OT-networks) of production enterprises.
By the end of the year, Axoft partners and their customers are scheduled to be presented with a comprehensive Threat Intelligence & Attribution system, a new class of solution for collecting organization-specific threat and attacker intelligence for the purpose of research, proactive hacker hunting and network infrastructure protection. The Group-IB system has been recognised by international analyst agencies Gartner, IDC and Forrester for the quality of its intelligence, knowledge of the underground market and the tactics, tools and activities of attackers.
Axoft has already started training technicians in the regions to provide the necessary level of expertise on Group-IB products and has formed a development team including engineers, marketing specialists and users who will work with partners to develop projects on all of the vendor's products, solutions and services.
"Direct access to Group-IB's high-tech solutions will help Axoft's partners in Russia and Belarus to see the work of the company's unique technologies in action, which will enable them to offer their customers more complex and integrated cybersecurity projects, taking the protection of clients to a new international level", said Shalva Gogua, Partner Director of Group-IB in Russia and CIS. "Each Axoft partner, no matter where it is located, gets the opportunity to get acquainted with the breakthrough solutions and their features that will help clients to enhance their protection. Axoft will help partners at all stages of the work: before sale, during implementation and with subsequent support, which will improve the quality and efficiency of the work."
"In today's digital world, large companies are increasingly focusing on the importance of information security. Group-IB provides such high-tech systems and services that comprehensively protect the company and its assets even beyond the network perimeter", said Sergey Ignatov, Head of Sales Support and Development at Axoft. "Thanks to our cooperation Group-IB will be able to expand its regional presence and scale resources for supporting partner projects."
