Barracuda Networks, a leading provider of cloud security solutions, has signed a distribution agreement with French security VAD Exer - part of Kappa Data Group. With this new partnership, Barracuda Networks will benefit from Exer's national presence and consulting expertise. Exer will be able to enrich its portfolio of offerings by proposing Barracuda Networks' solutions. This merger comes at a strategic time for Barracuda Networks, which is experiencing very strong growth in France.
"The expertise acquired by Exer with its 600 French partners and the know-how of the Kappa Group in Belgium, the Netherlands and Poland will allow us to quickly integrate our solutions into their catalog. Exer will offer Barracuda's solutions for securing M365, applications and data protection. Available in any form of deployment (physical, virtual, cloud, SaaS), our solutions allow partners to create managed cybersecurity service offerings for their customers", said Eric Heddeland, vice president of Southern Europe at Barracuda Networks.
"We are delighted to have a global player like Barracuda Networks in our portfolio. This will allow us to provide our partners with email security and backup offerings tailored to both SMB and enterprise customers. Barracuda becomes the first common brand for all Kappa Data / Exer countries", added Michel Grunspan, President of the Exer Group.
