BeMSP Partners with MySolutionConnect to Provide Connectors between MSP Solutions and Sales Manageme
BeMSP, the French specialist in solutions for MSPs, has signed a new partnership agreement with MySolutionConnect. Through this partnership, BeMSP now offers IT service providers the ability to interconnect Datto's Autotask PSA solution with a multitude of ERP and CRM systems. This solution will allow IT service companies and MSPs (Managed Service Providers) to better integrate with the ecosystem of tools already in place.
With this agreement, BeMSP will offer exclusive interconnections of Autotask PSA with the Open Flux solution. Open Flux is a 100% configurable universal connector that allows the interconnection of information systems. The solution, available in SaaS or On-Premise mode, allows to connect applications and to automate workflows.
The majority of MSP publishers already have integrations with standard PSA (Professional Services Automation) solutions on the market. This enables the automation of subscription and licence information to be passed on to the customer's billing system. The cloud marketplaces of the main wholesalers also allow synchronization with PSA solutions, for example for Microsoft 365 subscriptions.
Open Flux is a response to the lack of native integration of Autotask PSA with the commercial management tools that are commonly used by French partners. MSPs using this connector will now be able to automatically transfer the billing data of their contracts to their commercial management tool. Initially, the connector will be available for Microsoft Business Central, Sage Ligne 100, Cegid and EBP. Other interconnections will be added according to demand.
