CommuniGate Systems Awards Axoft with Service Partner Status

Russian software and cloud VAD Axoft has been awarded "Service Partner" status by CommuniGate Systems. From now on, Axoft can provide partners and their customers with certified 1st and 2nd line technical support, conduct pilot projects and industrial implementations of CommuniGate Pro unified communications platform. The "Service Partner" status applies to the entire territory of Axoft, that is Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Qazaqstan, Russia, Tajikisan and Uzbekistan.


CommuniGate Pro is a unified communications platform, which includes e-mail, calendars and schedules, task management, instant messaging, telephony, video communications, joint work with the corporate information storage and contact centre.


"CommuniGate Pro solution not only meets all requirements of the import substitution policy and is included into the unified register of the domestic software, but also shows optimal functionality, reliability and security", says Vladimir Burgov, Commercial Director of the company. "At the moment, the CommuniGate Pro unified platform on the global market is a real competitor to products of famous foreign manufacturers."


Axoft is the first distributor to obtain the status of a "Service Partner". According to the CommuniGate Systems partnership program, this type of partnership is possible with the companies rendering services connected with the implementation, configuration, customisation and support of the producer products. The main requirement - the company must have a staff of trained professionals and technical experts certified by the vendor, have experience and skills to work and manage the CommuniGate Pro platform.


"In the new status, the distributor can provide 1st and 2nd line certified technical support to partners and their customers, conduct demonstrations, assist with pilots, and implement software implementation projects. During the last year, Axoft's technical team carried out eight pilot projects and two full-scale CommuniGate Pro introductions in the state-customer companies. One of them is in the authorities of the Ingush region", said Konstantin Savchenko, Axoft's Head of Technical Consulting, Audit and Engineering Support Department.
