Conrad Includes Digitus in its Digital Workspace Initiative
For today's purchasing decision-makers, one thing above all counts: simple, fast and comprehensive procurement. That is why German e-tailer and distributor Conrad gears the performance and design of its Sourcing Platform to the needs of its customers and offers a variety of purchasing solutions to reduce process costs and save time. This naturally includes a broad and deep product range. In order to underline the product diversity at Conrad in the Digital Workspace segment, Conrad is targeting the approximately 2 million products in this segment with a targeted campaign in the third quarter. These include 25-cm network technology products, connectivity solutions, presentation technology and ergonomic furniture and accessories from Digitus.
The central element of any digital infrastructure is the network. To make it future-proof, tidy and of high quality, Digitus has developed a solution that enables a compact network in 10-inch format. In addition to the corresponding wall housings and gigabit switches, this includes dual-band wireless mesh systems and repeaters, USB-based wireless adapters, patch cables and PCI network cards. For secure power supply Digitus also provides an All-in-One UPS (uninterruptible power supply) for 600 VA / 360 W or a Line-Interactive UPS, which delivers up to 2,000 VA / 1,200 W.
With a view to sustainability, Digitus offers a wide range of USB type C adapters, hubs and docking stations that enable older peripherals to be used on new computers. The total of eight different USB-C docking stations and with up to 12 ports each have individual special functions. They can also be used as charging stations for Android smartphones, integrated into a keyboard or function as SSD housings. The graphic adapters can convert HDMI, 4K HDMI or VGA signals to USB-C, HDMI or VGA. For wireless presentation technology, the Wireless HDMI transmitters, extenders, splitters and receivers with ranges of up to 100 metres from Digitus are ideal.
A good working posture at work can be supported with height-adjustable desk frames, monitor holders, notebook stands and monitor elevations. An ergonomic chair can be used as a standing, sitting or reclining chair, depending on the height adjustment of the table. For this purpose, it has an anti-fatigue mat that relieves the legs, brings the user into a dynamic standing position and also stimulates circulation. The range is rounded off by various solutions for safe cable management.
