British network and security VAD Distology has unveiled it has signed a distribution deal with Jamf. Jamf, the standard in Apple Enterprise Management, helps organisations manage and secure an Apple experience that individuals can enjoy and organisations trust. Jamf is the only company that provides a complete management and security solution for an Apple-first environment that is enterprise secure, consumer simple and protects personal privacy.

Over the last two years, remote and hybrid working has become the norm yet, according to research from Distology, almost half (48%) of IT leaders admit their organisation’s cybersecurity isn’t good enough for remote working. This demonstrates the importance of implementing managed security solutions, such as Jamf, which help to protect the mobile experience.

Remote working is here to stay which means so are the cybersecurity threats which organisations are increasingly facing as a result. Ultimately, we’re more dependent on working on the web and across mobile devices than we have ever been before. For this reason, organisations and IT leaders need to be reassessing their cybersecurity strategy regularly to ensure it adequately protects users, the organisation and its data from cyber threats. We’re delighted to have been appointed by Jamf to be a distributor. Jamf offers peace of mind to IT leaders that users have a frictionless experience, while allowing them to manage cybersecurity risks faced by this new world of work”, comments Lance Williams, chief product officer at Distology.

Our partnership with Distology will assist us in helping more partners simplify and secure the way work gets done among their customers. We look forward to working with Distology to empower businesses to secure their mobile workers with a consumer-simple, privacy-protecting solution”, adds Abdul Terry, manager of channel sales, Jamf.
