German software specialist EBERTLANG is vigorously continuing its announced pan-European growth strategy and is taking over the Swedish MSP distributor Innosoft for an undisclosed amount. With this acquisition, the group is once again expanding its sphere of influence and is now entering the Nordics region in addition to its home market and Italy.
After the founding of a Swiss branch and the successful acquisition of 8Soft - both in autumn 2021 - as well as the takeover of the Italian distributor Achab and its British subsidiary in May 2022, this forms the next step in EBERTLANG's announced international growth strategy. The company management consistently implements this together with the private equity shareholder HQ Equita, a company of the Harald Quandt Group.
With the Swedish distributor Innosoft, the EBERTLANG Group is taking on a highly specialized team of MSP experts who support IT service providers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland with their expertise in RMM and PSA solutions.

Now that we have four local national companies, we have come a great deal closer to our goal of creating a pan-European VAD group under one roof”, explains EBERTLANG CEO Philip Weber.
