Danish multispecialist EET Group has acquired Spanish physical security specialist CCTV Center, which includes its wholly owned subsidiary Avant Video, for an undisclosed amount.
CCTV Center, a leading pioneer in Surveillance and Security distribution in Spain, has a successful track record, offering tailored solutions and quality services to its large base of resellers and installers. Its strength lies in a strong team of highly specialised field sales representatives, supported by pre and post technical consultants to provide an exclusive value-added service to its customers; from project development to deployment, delivering end-to-end customer experience. CCTV is reputable for its strong commitment to its customers and strong partnerships with key leading vendors and suppliers.
“For EET, this is a significant and exciting step forward to further strengthen and further accelerate growth in the Surveillance and Security business”, says Sonia Marcos, Managing Director of EET Spain. “Alberto has built a solid Surveillance business with tremendous operational discipline. CCTV has grown to become one of the largest Surveillance distributors in Spain, with reputation for its excellent service and end-to-end solution. We are thrilled to welcome Alberto and his team.”
”At CCTV Center we strongly believe that the strengths of EET are well aligned with the core values of offering niche service and add value to our resellers and vendors. The merged businesses will further enhance our talent pool, and create more opportunities and benefits for our customers”, says Alberto Bernabé, co-founder and CEO of CCTV Center.
“The combined businesses create the scale, selling and distribution efficiencies for our combined product lines, create new cross-sell opportunities and allow us to more competitively pursue key verticals and combine the immense knowledge, technical skills and sales capabilities”, comments Sheraine von Bescherer, Head of Solutions at EET Group.
With this acquisition, EET Group underlines the growth ambition both organically and through selected acquisitions – 24 companies have been added to the group since 2015.
“EET is in a very good shape, where a high-calibre organisation is excelling a sharp, determined strategy in 24 countries. This is reflected in the all-time high customer and employee satisfaction scores, not to mention continuously growing financial results. EET welcomes CCTV Center to join its successful growth journey, where further acquisitions are expected this year“, says Søren Drewsen, CEO of EET Group.
